I think I was getting a little obsessed over counting calories. I stopped doing that 3 weeks ago. I haven’t weighed myself in 3 weeks, but I have continued with making healthier choices when eating! I still don’t eat red meat and pork. I don’t drink soda, unless I choose it as a treat on occasion (like instead of eating an actual dessert I choose to get a medium Sprite haha). I have been trying to do as many toning exercises as I can, I have been watching/following along to a lot of YouTube videos :) I will post again later, I just want my followers to know I haven’t given up! I just stopped myself from obsessing over calories! :)
I didn’t eat ham and it’s been 53 days since I’ve had red meat or pork! Yayyy :) I had mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, and tons of dip with chips though:/ Oh well, I’m gonna go for a walk with my friend later, hopefully that gets my energy up! I totally have carb face again :p
I didn’t lose any weight this week… I kind of figured I’d either not lose any weight or I’d gain a pound, from the way my week went. Oh well, at least I didn’t gain weight! I need to step up my game man! Haha :p I am going to try to get some light weight lifting at night before bed and see if that helps my weight loss for this next week:)
I haven’t been home for like 4 days for more than a couple hours, that means no WiFi :( I am starting over tomorrow and doing a green tea/lemon water detox. It was my birthday on Sunday, and I turned 19! :) So I have been eating terrible because I haven’t been home and my birthday dinner/leftovers was pasta. So tomorrow morning will be the new beginning to a “reunion ready” body :P I hope these past 4 days didn’t sabotage my weight loss goal for this week!
Thank you! The first three weeks I did Couch 2 5K (until I sprained my ankle) which got me running 2 miles in about 30 minutes. It’s a 9 week program that I plan on restarting on April 2nd :) I did some Yoga and Wii Fit for 2 weeks, but I slowly came up with excuses to not exercise…So recently I haven’t been doing anything at all, just watching what I eat :)
I weigh 123 lbs today! There’s 84 days until I get to see my boyfriend, Ross, again. I think I can make it to 110 by then :) 1 lb a week I’ll be 111 lbs, that means I definitely have to work twice as hard!

So I have been completely M.I.A. for the last week because my boyfriend/best friend (of 4 years) left for the Marines and he will be gone for 3 months. The most time we have ever spent apart was 3 years ago and he went on a family vacation for 3 weeks, but we were able to text and talk on the phone every single day. This time is completely different… no phone, just letters… I am dying to get my first letter from him so I can just start writing him letters constantly. I know this is for the best and we will grow up a lot in the next 3 months, but it is still really scary at the same time… I am going to be starting a 90 day challenge, first thing in the morning and I hope this will help me stay busy to keep my mind off of everything. Thank you for still following, I really need all the support I can get :)

Today’s weight is 124 lbs (and it’s that time of the month)… :) I have lost 6 lbs so far! My birthday is in 9 days and I think I’m going to be able to wear my sleeveless sheer black top :D I don’t have any plans for the night yet, but hopefully it’ll be a good day regardless!
